Peter Roemmelt

After studying Graphic Design in Northern Bavaria, Peter wrote and directed two not terribly successful short films. He also wrote a book, that was never published and designed CD covers for an obscure and failing record company. So advertising was obviously the career to go for. Since then he’s been lucky enough to work with some great people at Baader Lang Behnken, BBDO, Ammirati Puris Lintas, Young & Rubicam and Lowe Frankfurt, winning awards for work on Land Rover, Mini, Ford and Seat.

In 2001, Peter moved to Ogilvy Frankfurt, working on a variety of regional and international accounts such as German Rail, BMW, Coca-Cola, Mediamarkt, Schwäbisch Hall, Allianz, MAN, DKV Insurance, Nintendo, amnesty international and SWR television, to name a few. He won more than 300 awards at all the major international shows including Cannes, Clio, D&AD, The One Show, New York Festivals, ADC New York, LIAA, some national awards and a couple of Effies. Peter is a member of the Art Directors Club Germany.
